“Right from initial contact we were impressed with the communication and professionalism. An appointment was made to suit us to have an initial consultation and a plan was drawn up and price was discussed upfront. We then had a survey where we got to choose and discuss tiles, and other materials. We were given a wide choice and was advised and guided throughout. We were given a start date for our new bathroom installation and the materials were delivered a couple of days prior to this. Kris the fitter was very polite and a perfectionist, he took his time to ensure every aspect of our new bathroom was immaculate. We could not be happier, it looks a million times better than we had hoped.”
